Homonyms

Have you ever heard of a homonym? Maybe not, but I think you have heard of some examples.
A homonym is, in linguistics, one of a group of words that share the same spelling and the same pronunciation, but have different meanings.

Why do we have those words? Were they tired of making up new names, so they used the same one of something already existing? Mostly these objects have the same name because they look alike in some way.

Look at the homonyms I photographed. Can you tell which words are represented?
